Coached Training Sessions

We run a variety of coached sessions for all abilities.

There will be no published full coached training schedule for the foreseeable future due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, however working within the current restrictions, it is planned to run a 4-week rotational cycle between 4 small groups of runners with each group attending a different venue and doing a different session each week. Each group will then get the opportunity to do all four sessions during the rotational period. On the 5th week we will then hopefully all get together within our groups for a training session.

Each group will have assigned coaches to lead and run the sessions whilst also taking part in the session, much like we have already been doing during the summer. This will then avoid having a large gathering of people training together at one venue.

If you are interested in attending, please comment on the dedicated post on the club’s Facebook page. Numbers are limited so this will be on a first come first served basis.

You will need to read and understand the Covid Secure Risk Assessment, along with the club Covid Disclaimer as a condition of attendance.
