Friday hill training sessions are coach led and open to all abilities. They take part in various local ‘off road’ locations and last for approx.1 hour starting at 9.30 am every Friday. Please see newsletter/schedule or contact Dave Sedgley for details of where to meet.

The off road Hill training is great for Cross Country running practise and has numerous benefits to running including building leg muscle strength, increasing speed and endurance and improving running form.

So if you are a complete beginner or just looking to improve your running then these sessions are for you!
