HEALTH & WELLBEING

The health, safety and wellbeing of our members is paramount during any Club Activities

aff's response to Covid-19

Whilst the government have lifted covid restrictions in the UK, covid still remains a real threat. Therefore, as members of our club you must still be responsible for yourself and other members of the club when attending any club activity or a group social run. If you show any signs of covid symptoms or have been told to isolate by the NHS track and trace then you MUST NOT attend any club activity until you have completed the required isolation period. This also applies if you travel abroad to a country that requires you to isolate on return.

As a club we are no longer obliged to maintain a track and trace system or social distancing, however the EA guidelines recommend that we should still do whilst covid is still present. We should, therefore, still try and respect social distancing whenever possible.

Please ensure you read, understand and comply with our Risk Assessments and disclaimer.

Be responsible and stay safe!

Keeping you safe

The health, safety and wellbeing of our members is paramount.

Therefore any training, when permitted, must take place following all Government and England Athletics Guidelines. As part of these Guidelines, the club is required to carry out and publish Risk assessments on all of the club activities for members to follow. These are reviewed on an annual basis or sooner if any guideline changes occur.
